I am still waiting for more than 1 month for the change of 2 doors that I cannot use. and 1 of them is the whole disgusting storage room is moldy and worn.
I am still waiting for them to fix things that I reported in the inventory the first days when I arrived,
also the pest control does not work, I still have cockroaches in the apartment, generally a good pest control with 1 pest control is enough for at least 3 months but it doesn't work here.
no 24-hour gym
and pool facing the lake lacks lighting and is not open the hours they say.
I wait for an answer with solutions
I am currently still in the process of solidifying my apartment and getting moved in ! But Vanessa, Lisbeth and Irene have been soo sweet and helpful throughout the entire process! They have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my process. Despite, I have to clarify a few more things before move in! They have been great!
This apartment complex is unable to provide consistent running water. At this point it's a monthly occurrence and currently without hot water and no updates on when it will be restored. At least it's been a few years since a building has caught on fire and burned down.

I’d like to start off by saying the property manager seemed a little prejudice to me and my roommate when applying and so did Vanessa. They prolonged our application process with poor communication and sketchy questions and paperwork about our previous residency, which had NOTHING to do with this property. I feel like it’s a Slumlord property. The staff changes often, poor communication with office staff and management; such as staff sitting at the desk and watching the phone ring or sending you to Voicemail because they have caller ID. But it’s really the lack of consideration they have when it comes to water shut offs, they’ll say it’ll be fixed by EOD & that turns into 3/4 days later; from the roaches to the rats/raccoons running around the parking lot at night, & don’t forget the dog feces everywhere. They charge for valet trash and sometimes they won’t come. The Complex has 2 pools but only one will be open, something else they continuously lie about. I’ve been putting in the same work order every month or so, lol but right whenever they fix it a day later it’s back broken. I see sooooo many people moving out, the rent is ridiculous for how we living, really. And last but not least they lie about the referral program & I'm still waiting on a response as to why they lied about someone that we personally know using us as a referral and them telling us 2 different things. Like make it make sense and I have emails asking questions, but I guess they only respond to emails when it comes to rent or utilities. I wish the future residents the best of luck because we sure was BAMBOOZLED!
One of the best apartment complex I lived in honestly and here’s why… I had an issue with the new system to pay rent online, mainly the convenience fee which caused me to be late on rent this month. However, I spoke with Raquel, the manager. She was understanding and worked with me to get my rent paid with the money orders I had, she also shared with me other ways of paying rent without the hassle of the online convenience fee. The small gesture of being friendly and helpful was all I needed to assure that I did choose the right complex to bring my family to. I have never had any major issues with this apartment complex and I’m glad to have this small issue finally taken care of with Raquel. -Ronald
My parents have lived here 3 years to long. Happy to move them out this year. The kitchen cabinets are worn out, and falling apart like termites are eating at them. I’m sure that’s why the roaches are SO BAD. The sink is being held up by a stick. The door ways are very small, i bump into everything and I’m about 220lb. Both restrooms are moldy around the tube and ceiling. The tub stay cracking and we beg them to paint it twice a year. toilet problems all year round. It over flows the restroom and just run twice a year. shower handles strip every 3 months due to Appliance being old. Not to mention you can hear the ppl running above like the ceilings are none existent. Carpet is disgusting, of course we know they want change it until we move. Closet doors are cheap, old, and easily breaks. Floor vinyl option brown and peeling. They recently painted the outside of the building to make it seem better. 🙃 last year a whole section burned down, I’m sure the new units are the ones they’re advertising. Not to mention stabbings, shootings, bullet holes, and unfortunately, people found dead in their cars. I’ll be uploading pictures soon.
There were a few issues that came up between applying and move in, but Venessa helped sort them out to the best of her ability. I moved in two days ago and I've been very happy with the place.
There are some minor issues with the apartment that I will be reporting after work today; but overall, I'm satisfied with my experience so far. I'll update if needed, but Vanessa and Mike have been great and I'm excited to wrap up my move in process!
